1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and 222com ("the Platform", "we", "us") and apply to all use of the 222com website, mobile app and any related services. By accessing or using the platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets or playing casino games — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

222com operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All services are provided in PKR and are intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. The platform does not claim to operate under any specific government-issued licence in Pakistan, and no element of these terms should be interpreted as constituting a regulatory or governmental endorsement of gaming activities.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 222com.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 222com, including sports betting, casino games and the ability to deposit or withdraw funds, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method linked to a Pakistani account.

You confirm by registering that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering for yourself personally, not on behalf of another person.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and current.
• You have not previously held a 222com account that was closed by the platform for any reason.
• You will not share your login credentials with any other person.

222com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited and any bonuses received will be voided. If you believe your account has been created in error or you have accidentally registered twice, contact support immediately via live chat.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 222com are processed in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are processed promptly and in most cases are credited to your account balance immediately. Processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically under 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 222com payments team. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You may be required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

• Withdrawals of real-money balance (not bonus funds) will be processed without unnecessary delay.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 222com reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

222com offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and VIP-specific rewards. Each promotion has individual terms which are published on the Promotions page. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal is permitted).
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. This is specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer.
• Abuse Prevention: 222com monitors for patterns that suggest bonus abuse, including placing opposing bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome. Any account found to be engaging in this will have their bonus voided and may be restricted from future promotions.

222com reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to active bonuses already claimed by a player will not be applied retroactively unless the change is required to prevent fraud or abuse.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 222com covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and a range of other events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change after a bet is placed; the confirmed odds stand.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion, including following significant match events.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless play has progressed sufficiently for the relevant market to be settled. Specific rules per sport are available in the Sports Betting section.
• Maximum bet limits and payout limits apply per market and are stated at the point of placing a bet. 222com reserves the right to limit or restrict betting for any player on any market.
• Bets placed after an event has started on a pre-match market will be void if the platform has erroneously accepted them.
• Cricket bets for PSL matches follow the PSL official playing conditions for tie and abandonment scenarios.

6 Casino Game Rules

All casino games in the 222com Game Lobby — including slots, live casino tables, table games, Bingo and Fish Games — are provided by third-party software providers and operate according to the rules established by those providers. Each game contains an information panel or rules section within the game interface itself.

222com uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the relevant game provider for all non-live games. Live casino games use physical dealing and roulette equipment streamed from professional studio environments. The platform does not alter game outcomes.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, any bets in play at the time of the failure may be voided and stakes returned.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to play casino games is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• If a game error results in an obviously incorrect payout (e.g., a technical malfunction paying 10,000x on a PKR 10 bet in a game with a stated maximum win of 5,000x), 222com reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return the stake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors, game bugs or pricing mistakes.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results.
• Using automated betting software, bots or any form of scripted interaction with the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or facilitates illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games or any multiplayer format.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour toward support staff or other players.

222com cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities where fraudulent activity is suspected. Any funds identified as being obtained through prohibited conduct will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment source.

8 Privacy and Data

222com collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and communication about your account and promotions you have opted into. 222com does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Account data is retained in accordance with legal and operational requirements. You may request a copy of the data held about you or request deletion of non-essential data by contacting support. Some data may be retained after account closure where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance or financial record-keeping.

9 Responsible Gaming

222com is committed to providing tools that support responsible gaming behaviour. The platform is for adults only (18+), and gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following self-management tools are available directly within your account dashboard, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a defined minimum period.

10 Account Closure

You may request to close your 222com account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon account closure.

222com may close or suspend an account at any time and for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward staff, failure to complete identity verification, or at the platform's sole discretion with reasonable notice. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

If your account is closed by the platform and you believe this was done in error, contact support with your account details and a description of the situation. Disputes will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted, 222com's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time a claim arises. The platform is not liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to service due to maintenance, technical failures or factors beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from a player acting on information or odds that were posted in error.
• Losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to protect their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

222com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to an updated version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any real-money balance.
